Our interface with partners and customers in North America brings 50 years of experience and the concentrated know-how of the BOCK Group of companies in the processing of plastics and aluminium. We develop innovative concepts and provide impulses for the chair and lounge furniture industry as well as for the automotive industry with high-quality products.

With the immediate proximity to our North American customers, we are a local contact for production and quality assurance as well as assembly and logistics of modules and complete chairs. BOCK North America has existed since 2007 and now consists of over 150 employees and 8,000 m² of floor space. We make the know-how of the BOCK Group, which was built up over 50 years, fully available to the North American market and benefit from our worldwide network on 3 continents. The close cooperation and the short communication channels between our locations enable us to successfully implement even the most complicated orders.

01Production

Our skilled workers can rely on modern and innovative technology. Our in-house tool shop is equipped with two cranes, each of which is designed to carry 10 tons. We manufacture the components according to our customers' requirements with the help of our injection molding machines. Around 20 injection molding machines are located in BOCK North America and have a closing force of 28 to 1150 tons.

02 Quality assurance

We guarantee the usual high BOCK quality with numerous testing and measuring devices as well as testing systems. We check our production and our processes with statistical process control (SPC), initial sample test reports (ISR) and production part approval processes (PPAP). Our process control starts with the validation of the raw material and ends with the dispatch of the final product. Furthermore, we measure and scan with a Faro arm in 3D and use an X-RITE spectrophotometer to ensure consistent and accurate colors. Due to our measures, we are certified in quality management according to ISO 9001 - 2015.

03 Assembly & logistics

We install and dispatch manufactured products to our customers in the desired shape and form thanks to the international network of our locations. Whether components, modules or complete chairs – our BOCK products always reach their destination safely and in top quality. During assembly and logistics, environmental protection is a particular concern for us.
