With an area of 2,500 m², our new site in Santa Catarina not only offers extensive capacities, but also enables improved logistics, labor cost advantages and CO2 savings for our North and Latin American customers thanks to shorter delivery routes.

BOCK strengthens North and Latin American presence with new strategic location

With a total area of 2,500 m², the new site is an important strategic step for the BOCK Group to strengthen its presence on the North and Latin American market and to further expand internationally. A positive side effect is the proximity to major customers who already produce in Mexico or are located in the south of the USA. This proximity brings additional labor cost and logistics advantages and promotes sustainability goals. Shorter delivery routes make it possible to operate more efficiently and reduce CO2 emissions.
 
At the new site, BOCK has 17 plastic injection molding machines ranging from 85 up to 900 tons. This machinery covers the entire range of component sizes required by the office furniture industry. Assembly activities are also part of the services offered.

At the new site in Mexico, BOCK has 17 plastic injection molding machines ranging from 85 to 900 tons. This machinery covers the entire range of component sizes required by the office furniture industry.

02 Quality assurance

We guarantee the usual high BOCK quality with numerous testing and measuring devices as well as testing systems. We check our production and our processes with statistical process control (SPC), initial sample test reports (ISR) and production part approval processes (PPAP). Our process control starts with the validation of the raw material and ends with the dispatch of the final product. Furthermore, we measure and scan with a Faro arm in 3D and use an X-RITE spectrophotometer to ensure consistent and accurate colors. Due to our measures, we are certified in quality management according to ISO 9001 - 2015.

03 Assembly & Logistics

We assemble modules and complete units in accordance with the logistics concept or ship our components individually, depending on requirements and agreement - BOCK products reach their destination safely and in top quality. Environmental protection is a particular concern for us during assembly and logistics.
