Funding commitment project AMED
Great news! Our project AMED (Additive Multimaterial Structures for Property Optimization of Die Casting Tools) has received an important funding approval from the Free State of Bavaria! Over the next three years, we will be working on optimizing tools and advancing our research!
At BOCK, we stand for self-made and genuine craftsmanship! That's why it's a matter close to our hearts not only to develop and manufacture our die-casting tools ourselves, but also to extend their service life, increase their efficiency and do something good for our environment at the same time.
Our aim is to increase the output of die-casting tools and reduce the reworking of cast parts due to fire cracks. In close cooperation with our partners DMG Mori and the THD Deggendorf Institute of Technology, we will use innovative manufacturing technologies to develop die inserts with optimized properties for die casting.
